Refund Policy

Last updated: 12 May 2026

Cancel anytime

All paid plans can be canceled at any time from your account page. On cancellation:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing cycle.
  • You retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • No further charges will be made.

14-day money-back guarantee (first subscription only)

If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and decide within 14 days of the initial charge that the Service is not what you expected, email support@bangles22k.com with your account email and we will refund your initial payment in full. This applies once per customer.

What is not refundable

  • Renewal charges after the first 14 days. Subscriptions that have already auto-renewed are not refundable; cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.
  • Partial-month refunds for early cancellation within a paid period.
  • One-time setup fees or B2B integration work, once delivered.
  • Charges where the account has been suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.

Mandatory refunds

Where the law of your country grants you a stronger refund or withdrawal right than the policy above (for example, EU/UK distance-selling rules for consumers), that right applies and overrides this policy. Email us with the relevant statute and we will honor it.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited, back to the original payment method. Funds usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and card network.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@bangles22k.com from the address on your account.
  2. Include the date and amount of the charge you would like refunded.
  3. If applicable, briefly describe the reason — this helps us improve.
  4. We respond within 3 business days.

Disputes

If you have not heard back from us within 5 business days or are unhappy with the resolution, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. As the merchant of record they have authority to resolve billing disputes independently.
