Bangles 22K (the “Service”, “we”, “us”) is a website operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Okara, Pakistan, accessible at www.bangles22k.com. The Service publishes current and historical gold rate information for Pakistan, alerting and calculation tools, and a bilingual chat assistant.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service reports gold rate data aggregated from publicly accessible Pakistani sources (HamariWeb, Forex.pk) and the international spot price (Gold API). All content is descriptive — it describes what rates are now and what they have been. We do not predict future prices, recommend buying or selling, or otherwise provide investment advice. We are not a SECP-registered investment adviser. Use of the information for financial decisions is at your sole risk.

You may create a free account using a valid email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@bangles22k.com of any suspected unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, automate, or otherwise abuse the Service in ways that affect availability for others;
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the rate data without our written permission;
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or paid-tier gating;
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or send unsolicited bulk messages;
• Use the chat agent for unlawful purposes or to attempt to extract our system prompts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans (Premium, B2B Lite, B2B Pro) are billed monthly via our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Pricing is anchored in PKR for the Pakistani audience but charged in USD (or your local currency, converted by Paddle at checkout). Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Rate data depends on third-party sources that may go offline or change format without notice. We may also pause the Service for maintenance. Free-tier usage carries no SLA. Paid B2B Pro plans carry the SLA stated in your order confirmation.

The Service, its source code, design, and original written content are the property of the operator. The underlying rate data is sourced from third parties and is not owned by us. You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g. portfolio entries, account preferences).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We make no warranty that rate data is current, complete, or accurate at any given moment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Material changes affecting paid subscribers will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Okara, Pakistan, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
